| Parents ‘n Motion, Inc. is organized exclusively for charitable and educational within the meaning of section 501(c)(3) for the following purposes:
- to promote the spirit of sportsmanship, responsibility, and enthusiasm amongst our performing artists, as well as the development and enhancement of the Arts ‘n Motion Performance Company of Odenton, MD family
- to work within the community to contribute to the performing arts for children and young adults with all abilities;
- to provide a network through which members can meet and exchange information through their common interests;
- to volunteer and support other non-profit organizations in their missions of protection and enjoyment of the performance arts for young people, through education and amateur competition;
- to support regular and informal programs of education and development of the performing arts for our members; and
- to participate in amateur performing arts competitions.

How We Give Back: Company performances at local community events Donations of baked goods to Sarah’s House, a supportive housing program for homeless families in Fort Meade Participation in Operation Second Chance, providing Christmas gifts for families of wounded soldiers at Walter Reed Medical Center Hope to provide a scholarship for a week of summer camp or summer dance classes
